Peton’s leading top-managers and specialists were awarded with NOSTROY (“National association of Civil Engineers”) certificates for their significant contribution to the development of the construction & civil engineering disciplines.“Regional Civil Engineering Union of the Republic of Bashkortostan” awarded Igor Mnushkin, General Director of Peton SRDI, with a NOSTROY Certificate of Commendation for his great personal contribution to the development of science, industrial and civil engineering, as well as outstanding performance in the chosen field. The awarding ceremony coincided with Mr. Mnushkin’s anniversary: Peton’s General Director dedicated more than 40 years of his life to the modernization of the existing facilities and construction of the brand-new ones. The select area his of activities covers oil and gas processing, gas development, petrochemistry and chemistry of ultrapure substances. Mr. Mnushkin is also the author/co-author of more than 100 registered manufacturing technology patents, and he penned a number of scientific articles dedicated to the problems of oil processing and petrochemistry.
Under Mr. Mnushkin’s guidance, an R&D center was organized within the framework of Peton company, with several laboratories operating under its auspices. One of these laboratories, where high-performance mass transfer and separation equipment is being designed and tested, enjoys a unique status in the RF.
Eduard Gasanov, Chairman of the Board, received the NOSTROY Certificate of Commendation for his contributions to the industry development, successful implementation of major projects, among which are several oil and gas processing facilities, and his role in setting up one of the key city-forming enterprises in Ufa. Thanks to his expertise, the Peton Holding was able to expand its sphere of operations significantly and became one of the leading engineering companies in Russia, having been recognized as #1 EPC contractor in year 2022.
First Deputy General Director, Emin Akhundov, was also awarded the NOSTROY Certificate of Commendation for his active participation in the development of Holding’s construction-related activities. Under his operative control, Peton Holding was able to implement a number of major EPC projects. Moreover, Mr. Akhundov initiated a number of social, educational and charitable projects, launched Corporate University initiative, and oversaw corporate Headquarters’ renovation project, as well as improvement and gentrification of the immediate area, enhancing the overall architectural appearance and standing of the city area where Peton maintains its presence.
During its existence, Peton was able to implement more than 170 projects, both within the territory of the RF and in the CIS countries.
Beyond that, RCEU awarded honorary “Best in Profession” lapel pins to Azat Musin, Head of the Pumping and Compressor Equipment Department, and Ildar Nigametzyanov, Chief Mechanical Engineer of the Company. These employees took active part in the implementation of the largest projects undertaken by Peton, with KSPG Portovaya project standing out among them as a major EPC contract.
