Starting from 2022, within the framework of ensuring technological sovereignty of the country and need for shifting to the model of in-house implementation of full-cycle chemical technologies, PETON has been establishing Research & Development Center comprising several subdivisions: laboratory for researching the internals of mass transfer equipment to study the operation of contact devices for the processes of rectification, absorption, knock-out devices and benches to study the operation of internals for extraction process;
laboratory for synthesizing chemical products, also at high temperatures and pressure;
chemical analytical laboratory to identify produced compounds, separation and quantitative analysis of chemical compounds, as well as to solve the tasks of reverse engineering;
laboratory for researching hydrodynamic processes to study and develop new technologies and equipment in the sphere of hydrodynamic processes.
In 2023, Peton has continued developing scientific and research directions and proceeded to implementing new laboratory and test benches.
Over the years Peton has been heavily investing in the science and technology infrastructure which is the basis for all projects of the Company. The Research Center establishment, in-house experimental and scientific facilities will ensure the possibility to develop advanced solutions basing on domestic manufacturers, independently from the external factors and constraints.
The in-house experimental and scientific facilities will ensure the integration of Russian developments into processes at production facilities in the petrochemical, oil & gas extracting & processing industries.
