“Peton Construction” doubled its labor productivity compared to previous years thanks to one of the government support measures – the “Leaders of Productivity” management training program as part of the national project “Labor Productivity”. The company is part of the PETON technological engineering holding.

In 2022, “Peton Construction” joined the national project “Labor Productivity”, and later 22 managers took part in the “Productivity Leaders” educational program as part of the national project.

Having completed the program, the company has actively begun to implement the planned activities. Thus, the employee motivation system was revised, and the candidate market expanded to neighboring countries. Particular attention within the PETON Corporate University is paid to internal training and development of specialists. An apprentice system at construction sites has been developed and implemented. The corporate university created in the holding conducts both mandatory training of employees in the areas of labor protection, first aid, work at heights, and additional advanced training courses.

As a result of all the steps taken, just one year after the start of the project, labor productivity at the enterprise increased by 24%, that is, twice as much as compared to the indicators of previous years.
