Under the internship programme for core university students implemented at SRDI O&G “Peton” LLC, a few students are currently undergoing their internships in “Process Machines and Equipment” at the company’s design institute in Ufa. Under the supervision of the RD Department manager, the students study the latest solutions in the area of oil and gas equipment and participate in design of technical and process complexes.
“Internship at an actual operating company helps students to see the essence of their chosen professions and gain the first skills and competencies required for their future careers,” said I.Z. Amirov, Deputy Chief Designer and supervisor of the young professionals who participated in the internship program in 2017.
