In Bashkortostan, Peton Mekhanizatsia LLC (a member of PETON Technology Engineering Holding) has joined in the National Project “Labour Productivity”. Thus, 130 companies from the Republic are taking part in the project.
“In pursuance of the agreement, the Republican Government renders methodological, consulting, and information support during development and execution of the national project activities, assesses the achievement of performance indicators. The company is supposed to select a product and create a sample workflow with high performance indicators, train company employees. It shall build an internal team to implement the changes and replicate the relevant experience to the other workflows”, said Airat Fakhretdinov, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
“Peton Mekhanizatsia has considerable experience with special-purpose machinery rental services by supporting such landmark turnkey projects as construction of LNG Complex at Portovaya Compressor Station (Leningrad Region), Condensate Stabilisation Unit for the Achim deposits in the Nadym-Pur-Tazovsky region (Novy Urengoy), Deethanisation Gas Treatment Unit and Booster Compressor Station (Novy Urengoy).
“This project is important for our company, as it is intended to build competencies and train employees; in addition, it promotes the competitiveness of a Bashkortostan-based company”, said Ildar Yafaev, General Director of Peton.
Earlier, a similar project was launched by Peton Construction LLC, another member of PETON Holding.

National Project “Labour Productivity” was approved in 2018 pursuant to the May Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin and is intended to create the conditions ensuring an annual productivity growth rate of 5% by 2024 in Russia.
