MORE THAN 50 CHILDREN OF THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES WENT TO CHILDREN'S CAMPS AS PART OF THE CORPORATE CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM

In June, children of employees of PETON Holding went to the children's camps in Bashkortostan for the first shift as part of a corporate social support program that involves subsidizing the purchase of a ticket. The program has been implemented for several years and more than 50 children have already had a rest in children's health camps Energetik, Zvyozdochka, Zarnitsa chosen by the Company as the most comfortable, safe and interesting for children to spend time.

Children's camp is a place that expands the horizon of a child allowing you to have good rest and gain strength before the new school year. Our program was launched in 2018, and every year the number of employees who want to send their child on vacation is only growing which indicates the demand for the project, the Company’s press service said.

In addition to the project of children's camps, PETON is implementing a project to help first-graders: the Company presents parents of children who are preparing to go to the first grade with certificates for purchasing the necessary stationery and school supplies. Certificates are received by all employees including those who work on a rotational basis even in the most remote corners of our country.

Every year, the Holding hosts various children's competitions, for example a competition of children's drawings. Before the pandemic, all participants, except for gifts and certificates, received an invitation to the holiday where they participated in interactive performances and dynamic game programs with musical games.

In a number of divisions of the Company, an open day is held for the children of employees associated with Father's Day. The main objective of the event is to show in a form understandable for children what a difficult but necessary work their parents do every day and to give parents the opportunity to see the surprised and joyful eyes of children in their usual working environment. On New Year's Eve, employees' children receive sweet New Year's gifts and toys. In Ufa, where the head office is located, large-scale and colorful New Year parties were organized before the pandemic: interactive performances, master classes and competitions. The company plans to return to the format of Holding children's New Year parties in 2022.
A separate area of ​​work is children's programs aimed at working with children from socially vulnerable groups living in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The company helps orphanages and provides targeted assistance to children from orphanages, low-income families, as well as children with special needs, for example, to prepare for the school year. On their own or by teaming up with their colleagues, employees purchase for children books, stationery, uniforms, etc.
