The company has obtained a license to carry out educational activities in terms of implementing educational programs for education types: Advanced Education (subtypes: Advanced Education for Children and Adults, Advanced Professional Education) and Professional Education.
Corporate University includes compulsory education (acceptance of certificates, permits, etc.), corporate education (comprehensive training of production personnel) and developmental training (training in terms of knowledge and approaches for effective implementation of research and development activities and EPC-projects).
The University will be gradually filled with education programs and teaching staff considering primary strategic objectives. Among other things, Corporate University acts as a center of career development that carries out the process of development for employees both profession-wise and career-wise in accordance with their goals as well as considering the company’s goals and trends in the industry.
