In April 2022, Peton Construction topped the list of winners in the selection held by Agency for the Improvement of Skills and Professions within the framework of national project “Labor Productivity”. After that, the company started to work on creating the corporate standard for profession “foam glass insulation worker”. This profession is relatively rare and does not have fixed standards.
The work on the development of the standard aims at the increase in labor productivity by means of setting up education program, shaping competency profile and assessing the personnel.
In the course of this work, the Agency provides the employees of PETON with advisory and technical support.
“It is worth noting that the team of Peton Construction has become one of the first among the teams of the enterprises, that took part in competitive selection in 2022, to compile and approve its corporate standard as per the procedures of the Agency. This demonstrates the high level of professionalism of the team and how much the team is involved in achieving the determined goal,” said the representative of the Agency.
Considering tried-and-tested technologies and adding the procedures of the Agency, the main task is to standardize profession “foam glass insulation worker”. The standard was compiled and approved in July, 2022. All accomplished work has become foundational for promising trends in training the employees within the company and accessing foreign markets. As of today, Corporate University’s platform is being prepared to be certified as per the requirements of the Agency and to train third parties in the future.
