On April 7 PETON took part in the oil and gas human resources forum organized by Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. Over 50 companies, both Russian and foreign, participated in the event.
Peton was represented by I.O. Kusakina, Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions Program Coordinator, T.H. Rakhimov, Head of the Department, and R.R. Galieva, Assistant Manager.
Students from other Ufa universities interested in learning about career opportunities at Fuel & Energy Complex companies also attended the forum.
The students had an opportunity to talk with the representatives of the company, leave their CVs, learn about social programs for young specialists, get additional information on PETON’s current projects.
As part of the Career day there were trainings and master-classes organized for the students.
PETON specialists apart from discussing existing and potential vacancies answered the students’ questions about the most large-scale company’s projects, ЕРСМ approach utilized by PETON, and about the main programs used by designers, budget officers, electricians and other technical specialists.
"We are planning a large-scale work with Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. We are thankful to the University for the opportunity to participate in today’s event. To be honest, we didn’t expect such a strong enthusiasm from the young specialists: our HR employees are currently considering around 250 CVs," said General Director I.A. Mnushkin.
